Who We Are

We are Stewardship Ontario and we’re responsible for achieving the recycling and safe disposal targets set for each material in our programs. Our commitment to continuous improvement ensures we achieve these targets at the lowest possible cost.

Stewardship Ontario uses the money on behalf of industry to collect, transport and recycle (or safely dispose of) waste by partnering with service providers and vendors who help us make a difference.
Through cooperation and compliance, we’re all thinking beyond the box.
