Continuous Improvement Fund (CIF) and
Effectiveness & Efficiency (E&E) Fund

The Continuous Improvement Fund (CIF) is now operational and is welcoming applications from municipalities for grants and loans to support their projects to maximize efficiency of individual Blue Box municipal recycling programs and of the system as a whole.

The E&E Fund (E&E Fund Background) is no longer accepting applications for funding. However, projects that have been approved under this fund will continue through to completion over the coming months. Project reports will be posted at the
E&E Fund Approved Projects page as they are completed.
